Our Promise: We will do our best to ship your order expeditiously, usually the next business day. There are exceptions like when we are out of the office for a day.
In general: – We ship regular business days (M-F) and most Saturdays, holidays are excluded, USPS and FedEx are closed on most major holidays. – Orders with USPS Shipping specified: placed before 4pm MST usually ship the next day. – Orders with FedEX Shipping specified: placed before 4pm MST usually ship the next day.

Exceptions: – Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee same day shipping at this time. Thank you for understanding.
International Customers: We currently offer FedEx International Services and a generic Post for international delivery. FedEx delivers promptly, but costs more. The generic delivery starts with USPS in the USA, then goes through ??? to your country’s postal service. This is a cheaper option, but we have had mixed results in delivery — sometimes delayed for weeks en-route or in customs. Please consider carefully before choosing this option. When orders are shipped, an email is sent from the shipper (usually USPS or FedEx) with appropriate shipping and tracking information. Please check your SPAM folder if you can’t find it.
